Masterkool International Public Company Limited was established on June 3, 2002 by Mr.Noppachai Veeraman and his friends. With an initial registered capital of 2,000,000 baht divided into 200,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 10 baht per share for the business of manufacturing and distributing misting fans. The company was the first to research and develop mist fans. To be used to solve the problem of hot air in places where air conditioning cannot be installed.
