It uses the principle of creating mist by spraying water through very small holes so that the sprayed water droplets break up into small particles from a high-pressure pump. The pump used has a pressure of 35 bar up to 3,000 bar or 43,511.321 PSI, but the pressure that most manufacturers use for mist fan systems is 70 bar or 1,000 PSI.
Water droplets smaller than a hair
The diameter of the orifice is from 0.1 to 0.4 mm. This small orifice is produced by laser firing, which allows for holes 10 times smaller than a human hair. There are 3 mist nozzles.
Reduce temperature, reduce dust
When the high-pressure water supply system produces water droplets of 10 microns, which is considered very small, it can evaporate immediately (13.5 liters/hour). In this evaporation process, the mist absorbs the heat around it, reducing the temperature by 5-10 degrees and helping to break down dust particles in the air.
