Cold plasma is generated by applying energy (high voltage) together with pressure and suitable frequency to activate atoms especially oxygen atoms, transforming into “active oxygen” (O2 to O–). The property of active oxygen can be oxidized similar ozone (O3) but less concentration. Actually, the system is designed for odor removal and less contact time, approximately 1 second by high flow rate to make its highly efficient.
Ionization by non-thermal plasma
